The dynamic purchasing system involves the procurement of services within construction management (construction manager) and inspections of construction works (control engineer). The subject areas that this scheme shall cover are road, tunnel and electrical and automation. Tenderers who apply for admission and fulfil the set qualification requirements will be included in the scheme. The qualification requirements are common for all the disciplines covered by the scheme. Tenderers can apply for admission throughout the entire scheme period. The scheme is divided into three disciplines. The competition will be connected to one of the disciplines when holding competitions under the scheme. Tenderers shall offer resources in each call-off that fulfil the competence requirements specified for the relevant competition.
