The Communication Department in Kartverket is responsible for internal and external communication, including press and media work, websites, social media, public relations, profiling, graphical profile etc. We would like to enter into an agreement with an external cooperation partner who can assist with solving communication needs within different disciplines, where the Norwegian Mapping Authority does not have sufficient or lack of competence. The contracting authority has a continual need for graphical services and products/visual advice for printed matter, such as status and annual reports and profiling material. Other assignments can be added, for example, animations, video, illustrations/infographics, further development of Office templates and production of presentations. We would like creative consultancy and design when preparing products. The tenderer shall also be involved in ensuring universal design requirements in the entity ́s communication. The assignment is primarily for ongoing services and minor assignments. There can be a need for support within the following areas: (The list is not exhaustive). · graphical and visual consulting · graphical elements such as icons, infographics and illustrations for e.g. scientific reports/articles. · graphical materials such as printed matter, reports, advertisements, banners on the web, profiling articles, posters/flyers. · make movies including: * Photo and video production * Video Editing * animation · ensure that the Graphical Profile of the Norwegian Mapping Authority is used in graphical design of the network/analogue. · make adaptations in accordance with universal design · further development and consultancy related to Office templates. All deliveries must cover the at any given time applicable universal design requirements (accessibility requirements). All production shall have the possibility of digital file transfer. Tenderers must have a good system for transferring large files between the contracting authority and the supplier. Kartverket uses PCs. Estimated value of the contract: NOK 2,000,000 Maximum value: 5.000.000,-
